On April 30, 2026, the national standard "Colorimetry — Part 1: CIE Standard Colorimetric Observers" (GB/T 20147.1-2026) was officially released and implemented, with CHNSpec (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. deeply involved in the compilation as a core drafting unit.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Lighting and Electrical Appliances of the Standardization Administration of China. It adopts the ISO/CIE 11664-1:2019 international standard with modifications and fully replaces GB/T 20147-2006. It uniformly regulates the technical requirements related to CIE standard colorimetric observers, providing an authoritative basis for fields such as color measurement, optical detection, and lighting display, and assisting domestic colorimetric measurement in aligning with international standards.
